Mid-Continent Hospitality is seeking an experienced and dedicated Chief Engineer to lead our hotel’s maintenance team at the brand-new Cambria Hotel Euless-DFW Airport South . The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the property’s physical structure, ensuring all systems are operating efficiently, and upholding brand standards for safety and security. This is a leadership role requiring strong technical expertise, organizational skills, and a commitment to guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee all aspects of hotel maintenance, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as Choice brand standards.
• Implement and manage preventive maintenance programs to enhance the longevity of equipment and facilities.
• Lead, train, and develop the engineering team to maintain a high standard of performance.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs, inspections, and capital improvement projects.
• Monitor energy usage and implement cost-saving measures to improve efficiency.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules, repairs, and inspections.
• Uphold safety and security standards, including fire prevention, emergency procedures, and OSHA compliance.
