[job_card.job_description]Create payroll cover sheets for processing after payrolls are received and logged. Process employer contributions and identify and resolve discrepancies between employer remittance and contracts in Master Files. Process 401K contributions and reconcile to cash received. Monitor contract changes and determine if any retroactive changes affect payrolls already posted. Review vacation liability reports after payrolls are posted and research and resolve discrepancies. Assist with related special projects of the Benefits Department. Associate's degree in Accounting or Business Administration preferred 3+ years of experience of Payroll, Benefits, or related position. Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks Excellent communication skills and a professional, courteous demeanor

Salary Range : $49,000-54,000
