• M-F 7a-4p or 9a-6p
• Call : IR call 8a-8a M-F
• No weekends
• 10 shifts per month
• 155 total beds
• DX / IR / Mammo Coverage
• Avg # of cases per day / per provider : 60+ (6 RVUs per hour)
• Total 152 DX cases per 24hrs
• IR 4 cases per 24hrs
• Mammo 5 cases per 24hrs
• Modality split : CR - 46% CT / CTA - 36% IR - 1.9% MG - 3% MR - 3% US - 8.6% NM / BMD / FL 1.5%
• Required procedures : Stereo Breast Biopsies, Needle Localizations, DX and Screening Mammos, US Breast bx, Abscess drains, Lumbar Punctures, Paracentesis, Thoracentesis, Various other bx
• Support Staff : Hospital Rad Technicians and Envision CSR Support Staff
• EMR Meditech
• Requirements : Active FL license, MQSA
• BC, Light IR procedures and MQSA Required
• Credentialing : 120 days (will cross credential at other facilities)
