[job_card.job_description]Candidate should have 6-8 years of strong development experience in Microsoft Technologies like Azure or Python with 3+ years in AI AI Fluency & Responsible AI Demonstrate a strong understanding of how AI systems operate, including their ethical implications. Design agents that behave responsibly, aligning with principles of fairness, transparency, and accountability. Prompt Engineering Develop effective prompts to guide agent behavior, particularly for declarative and retrieval-based agents. This includes optimizing prompt structure for clarity, relevance, and precision. Conversation Design & Intent Recognition Build agents capable of accurately interpreting user intent and responding naturally. This involves designing fallback strategies, entity recognition, and fluid dialogue flows to ensure robust and intuitive interactions. API Integration & Workflow Automation Enable agents to interact with internal and external systems to trigger workflows and automate tasks. Proficiency in API design, orchestration, and error handling is essential. Memory & Context Management Implement dynamic context retention strategies, allowing agents to use session variables, grounding data, and user-specific instructions to personalize and maintain coherent interactions. Autonomy & Planning Design advanced agents with capabilities for dynamic planning, exception handling, and self-improvement. This includes enabling agents to adapt and learn from interactions over time. Security, Performance & Debugging Ensure agents are secure, performant, and maintainable. This includes implementing guardrails, optimizing performance, and providing tools for effective troubleshooting. Discretionary Annual Incentive.
