About The Role

We are looking for a Senior GTM Recruiter to join our team. You'll play a critical role in building high-performing teams and shaping Garner's growth by hiring exceptional talent across departments such as Sales, Account Management, Marketing & more. You will be working cross functionally with Hiring Managers, Interviewers and other leaders throughout the business to bring top talent into our organization as we scale at a rapid pace. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves connecting people to purpose-driven work, and is excited about building alongside a mission-driven team. You will report into the Head of Talent for this role.

This position is fully remote.

What You Will Do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting across diverse business functions
• Serve as a strategic partner to hiring managersbuilding hiring plans, crafting job descriptions, and guiding interview processes.
• Build and manage pipelines of diverse, mission-aligned talent through direct sourcing, referrals, and creative outreach.
• Deliver a top-tier candidate experience from first touch to offer.
• Collaborate with the broader People & Talent team on process improvements, employer branding, and recruiting initiatives.
• Use data to report on pipeline health, time to fill, and quality of hire metricsdriving improvements through insights.
• Champion equity and inclusion in every stage of the hiring process.
