Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback. Collaborate with project managers to define timelines, deliverables, and resource needs. Track progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve technical issues. Facilitate daily stand-ups and sprint planning sessions with both onsite and offshore teams. Foster a collaborative environment between onsite and offshore teams. Mentor junior developers and support their technical growth. Ensure knowledge transfer and documentation of key decisions and solutions.
