A company is looking for a Corporate Recruiter with full lifecycle recruiting experience.
Key Responsibilities :
Execute the full lifecycle recruitment process across various business lines
Partner with Business Development and hiring teams to understand future hiring needs and Key Personnel requirements
Identify qualified talent through creative sourcing methods and manage multiple job requisitions concurrently
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree
3+ years of recruiting experience, specifically in federal / government contract recruiting
Demonstrated experience in technical, program management, and / or corporate recruiting
Extensive knowledge of applicant tracking software applications
Ability to develop a large and diverse applicant pool using multiple sourcing methods
