About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Transportation Project Engineer / Project Manager to lead the planning, design, and execution of transportation and natural resource engineering projects. This position is ideal for a technically strong engineer with proven leadership and the ability to manage projects profitably from concept through completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and design transportation and natural resource projects from start to finish.
- Develop engineering designs using computer-assisted design (CAD) and modeling software.
- Lead NEPA permitting, engineering reporting, and technical documentation.
- Support construction management and field observation efforts.
- Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, suppliers, and clients.
- Prepare technical specifications, reports, and project communications.
- Work with government agencies to secure project approvals.
- Ensure delivery of projects within scope, schedule, and budget while maintaining profitability.
