A company is looking for an IT Manager responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and assist in complex projects including requirements analysis, software design, coding, and maintenance
Analyze user needs and software requirements to recommend modifications or improvements
Provide technical guidance and coaching to developers and engineers while ensuring documentation and software functionality
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
Typically requires 5+ years of related work experience
Experience in software design and development
Knowledge of cloud services, data pipelines, and AI technologies
Ability to lead software development projects and enforce best practices
