Senior Tax Analyst : Charlotte, NC Hybrid Multi-Billion-Dollar Industry Leader

Carolina PRG is proud to partner with a highly respected, multi-billion-dollar company headquartered in Charlotte, NC, to recruit a Senior Tax Analyst. This is an outstanding opportunity for a motivated tax professional with public accounting experience to join a high-performing corporate tax team and gain exposure to complex tax matters in a collaborative environment. Hybrid schedule of 8 days in office per month.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze financial statements to identify book-to-tax differences
• Prepare detailed federal and state corporate income tax workpapers
• Support the consolidation of federal income tax returns
• Assist in preparing and reviewing S corporation and partnership tax returns
• Contribute to budgeting and forecasting of key tax metrics
• Support ongoing income tax audits and regulatory inquiries
• Assist in preparing the tax provision in accordance with ASC 740
• Participate in scenario modeling for business expansion or restructuring
• Conduct tax research and draft technical memoranda
