We are seeking a Service Line Program Coordinator 1 to join our Electrophysiology Device clinic team. The Service Line Program Coordinator 1 is responsible for the collection, review, and reporting of clinical and other required data to support performance improvement, strategic decision making, communication and education.

What You Can Expect :

• Coordinates collection, review, and reporting of patient outcomes and process metrics.
• Researches data and best available evidence related to designated services and assist clinical staff in developing clinical practice guidelines.
• Develops action plans and process improvement implementation based on analysis of data.
• Serves as point-of-contact for data reporting.
• Engages with leadership and other relevant stakeholders for purposes of quality / process improvement advancing program effectiveness, and management of change.
• Collect, aggregate, report, and analyze relevant data.
• Create and maintain reports, as assigned.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
