VP Of New Construction Sales - Multifamily HTX

Job Description

Lead and manage the sales strategy for multifamily new construction projects in Houston. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and industry partners. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth. Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions. Track sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management. Maintain a deep understanding of the multifamily construction sector and emerging trends.
