Construction Inspector

Full-Time Construction Inspector at WSP, Antioch, California. Other locations considered : San Francisco and San Jose. Join the PMCM Team and contribute to projects that meet client objectives.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret project plans and specifications.
• Monitor construction for compliance with project documents.
• Measure, calculate, and document quantities of installed materials in accordance with client policies and procedures.
• Inspect road and bridge construction (based on Caltrans Standards).
• Review, inspect, and approve traffic control systems, including lane closures, in accordance with Caltrans standards and requirements.
• Exercise responsible and ethical decision?making regarding company funds, resources, and conduct; adhere to WSPs Code of Conduct and related policies.
• Perform additional responsibilities as required by business needs.

Compensation

Expected Salary : $65 / hr $85 / hr, depending on experience level, location, and other qualifications. The employees hourly rate may increase when performing services covered by Californias Prevailing Wage laws on public sector projects, or other applicable wage and hour laws.
