Task Order Manager
We are seeking highly skilled and experienced analysis and operations-focused Task Order Manager to oversee and coordinate analysis related programs supporting the 480th Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Wing (480 ISRW). Program Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all projects align with organizational goals, are delivered on time, and meet quality standards. This role requires expertise in program management, leadership, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders effectively.
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan, execute, and oversee programs and projects to ensure alignment with 480 ISRW goals and mission objectives.
- Define program objectives, scope, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop and manage program budgets, schedules, and resources.
- Monitor program performance and progress, identifying and mitigating risks as needed.
- Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and collaboration.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process optimization.
- Travel required up to 15%.
Required Qualifications :
Experience Level : Minimum 15 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.Required Education : Master's degree from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education or have a bachelor's degree from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 5 years of related expert experience, for a total of 20 years, as a substitute to the master's degree.Technical Expertise :Proficiency in program management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, or PMP frameworks).Familiarity with analytical tools, databases, and software used in ISR operations.Familiarity with problem-centric ISR operations.Strong understanding of intelligence collection platforms and processes.Skills :Strong leadership and team management skills.Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills for producing reports and collaborating with stakeholders.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.Security Clearance : Active Top Secret / SCI clearance is required.Preferred Qualifications :
Experience supporting 480 ISRW or similar military organization.Certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or equivalent.Familiarity with advanced analytical tradecraft techniques and methodologies.Understanding of Air Force senior level staffing processes.Why Join Us?

This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
