Job Description

Supervise all field operations and coordinate subcontractors. Ensure compliance with AHCA (Agency for Health Care Administration) and other healthcare regulations. Maintain project schedule and quality standards. Conduct daily site inspections and enforce safety protocols. Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and inspectors.

The Successful Applicant

5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction. Proven experience in healthcare facilities (hospitals, clinics, medical offices). Strong knowledge of infection control procedures and healthcare compliance. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Proficiency in scheduling software (MS Project, Primavera, or similar). OSHA 30 certification (required). AHCA experience (highly preferred).
