What You'll Be Doing

  • Operate Hal Unit equipment to process and transport aggregate materials efficiently
  • Monitor system performance and make adjustments to maintain optimal output
  • Conduct routine inspections and perform basic maintenance tasks
  • Follow safety protocols and environmental regulations consistently
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations

  • Ability to operate and troubleshoot industrial equipment safely and effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
  • Capacity to work in a physically demanding and fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to learn and apply new processes and technologies
  • Clear communication and teamwork skills

    • Conditions of Employment

  • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug / alcohol screen, and background check
  • Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

    • Work Environment

  • Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
