A company is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the approval process for new contracts and amendments, ensuring all revisions are captured
Intake client audit requests and ensure accurate audit responses prior to submission
Conduct audits and maintain professional relationships with clients
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree is required
3+ years of experience in compliance, legal or regulatory functions
1+ years of experience in health care or insurance benefits
Working knowledge of HIPAA, Medicare / Medicaid, and commercial insurance regulations
Ability to analyze laws and regulations and interpret contract provisions
