Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations for successful client acquisition. Track and analyse sales data, performance metrics, and market trends to inform business development strategies. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop targeted campaigns and initiatives to drive business growth. Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote the company’s products and services. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. Demonstrable experience as a business developer, sales executive, or in a similar role in business development in the Indian business landscape. Strong understanding of market dynamics, industry trends, and competitive landscape. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and execute strategic plans. Proven experience in B2B sales and strategic partnerships. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or related field. Relevant certification in Business Development, Sales, or related field. Knowledge of digital marketing and social media strategies for lead generation and business development. Familiarity with project management tools and techniques. Experience in managing cross-functional teams and projects.
