Bilingual Collection Specialist

A company is looking for a Bilingual Collection Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls for collections activities

Utilize negotiation and customer service skills to achieve positive results

Adhere to applicable laws such as FDCPA, FCRA, and HIPAA

Required Qualifications

1+ years of experience in Collections, Call Center, or Customer Service roles

Ability to accurately enter and update data in company / client systems

Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask

Flexibility in scheduling, including evening and weekend shifts
