Senior Project Manager Onsite in Los Angeles, CA

Client is looking for a Senior Project Manager who can take full ownership of complex, high-visibility IT initiatives that impact millions of users. If you thrive in environments where youre guiding strategy, aligning cross-functional teams, and delivering enterprise-level solutions, this role will keep you engaged from day one.

What youll own

Youll lead large-scale technology projects from concept through delivery. That includes defining scope and requirements, building project plans, coordinating internal and external teams, managing risks, and keeping leadership aligned and informed. Youll also drive quality assurance, oversee change management, and ensure all training, documentation, and compliance elements are fully met.

What this really means

Youre the person steering the entire effort. Youll partner with senior leaders, navigate a multi-department environment, and bring structure and clarity to initiatives that touch data, systems integration, cloud environments, and enterprise workflows. When issues come up, you know how to troubleshoot, solve problems quickly, and keep work moving.

What theyre looking for

A PM who brings :

• At least seven years of broad and progressively responsible project management experience
• Four years leading large or complex IT projects as the senior PM
• A track record managing projects that involve data sharing, interoperability, or multi-agency coordination
• Experience applying Agile frameworks like Scrum and Kanban across cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of system integration, cloud-based data environments, data governance, and quality assurance
• Strong communication skills, especially with executives and technical stakeholders
• Hands-on experience with Jira for tracking and dashboards, and Confluence for documentation
• A current PMP certification (required)
