We are seeking a skilled Auto Body Technician / Combo Man capable of handling both body and paint repair work to join a busy collision repair facility. This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, has strong attention to detail, and enjoys working with a team to deliver quality repairs.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform collision repair tasks including panel straightening, dent repair, body alignment, and frame work

• Prep, mask, and paint vehicles to specification, matching colors and finishes

• Repair and replace damaged body components (fenders, doors, bumpers, etc.)

• Sand, buff, and finish surfaces for quality appearance and durability

• Conduct quality inspections to ensure repairs meet shop and industry standards

• Work collaboratively with estimators, detailers, and service teams to deliver timely repairs

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

• Follow all safety, paint, and chemical handling protocols

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience as an Auto Body Technician or Combo Man

• Strong knowledge of body repair, refinishing, and paint processes

• Ability to read repair orders and understand technical specifications

• Familiarity with tools and equipment used in collision repair and painting

• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship

• Strong communication and team collaboration skills

• Valid driver's license

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
