Responsibilities:

--Maintain exterior and interior upkeep of the facility

--Diagnose and repair all major facility appliances and equipment

--Collaborate with other facilities and construction departments

--Communicate all necessary repairs that will interfere with daily business activities

--Order and install new equipment

--Ensure the facility represents a professional and luxury environment

Requirements:

--High school diploma required

--College degree preferred

--Experience in construction, facility management, and project management required

--Attention to detail

--Professional appearance and communication
