A company is looking for a People Relations Partner to support a positive and compliant work environment through effective management of People Relations programs.
Key Responsibilities
Lead internal investigations and develop action plans based on outcomes
Provide administrative support for PR case handling and documentation
Conduct data analysis to support PR initiatives and provide proactive recommendations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in human resources, labor relations, psychology, or a related field
5 years of progressive experience in employee and labor relations or similar roles
Experience working in a multistate environment
Fundamental understanding of HR policies and employment laws
Ability to deliver training and drive process improvements
