KNOWLEDGE MANAGER

The company is seeking mid-level and senior Knowledge Managers to provide SETA support in Hanover, MD.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop, manage, update, and maintain KM systems (e.g., SharePoint sites, databases, and internal websites) that can serve as repositories for storing, sharing, and utilizing data.
  • Manage the development of strategies to coordinate an organization's resources and unite efforts for a healthier and efficient workflow.
  • Responsibilities include organizing the organization's databases, spearheading the KM programs and projects, answering inquiries, processing requisitions, and addressing issues and concerns, resolving them promptly and efficiently.
  • Lead and encourage teams to reach organization goals, all while implementing the organization's policies and regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree (9 years of additional experience may be substituted in lieu of degree)
  • Minimum years of related experience :

    • Mid-level : 3 years of experience

  • Senior : 7 years of experience

    • DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Certification from KM Institute (Certified Knowledge Practitioner(CKPTM), or Certified Knowledge Manager (CKM))

    • SECURITY CLEARANCE

  • Active DoD Top Secret / SCI clearance required

    • TRAVEL

  • Some travel may be required.
