Our team of clinicians work with consumers to coordinate engagement in their care to ensure proper management of medical and psychosocial needs.

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Remote Data Records Clerk to join our Customer Support department. As a full-time, hourly employee working remotely, you will play a vital role in ensuring that customer records and data systems are accurately maintained and organized. This position is perfect for an individual with a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and a strong command of the English language. Your work will directly contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of our customer support operations.

Responsibilities

• Organize, review, and maintain customer records within the company database to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Input, update, and manage data across multiple platforms with precision and attention to detail.
• Perform regular reviews of record-keeping systems for inconsistencies or errors, addressing and resolving any issues identified.
• Collaborate with other members of the Customer Support team to ensure seamless data handling and information flow.
• Generate reports from customer data as required by management or other departments.
• Adhere to confidentiality requirements and data protection protocols in handling sensitive information.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams to clarify information and ensure data quality.

Qualifications

The pay range for this role is :

70,000 - 80,000 USD per year(Remote (Denver, Colorado, US))
