Manufacturing Operator

THE ROLE:

Entegris is currently seeking a Manufacturing Operator to join our team. This position will be based in our Colorado Springs facility

In this role, you will perform component inspection,basicassemblytasks, and packaging offinishedproductsin accordance with established procedures and quality standards.Responsibilities may include working with fixtures and hand tools, completing visual inspections, preparing materials for production, and documenting work accurately in manufacturing systems. Operatorsperform work in ISOClass7 and 5 cleanroom environmentsandare expectedto follow safety, cleanliness, and contamination-control protocols while wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE). This role emphasizes consistency, safe work practices, and supporting smooth production flow across multiple process areas.

HOURS FOR THIS POSITION ARE 3PM-11:30PM MONDAY-FRIDAY.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Perform visual inspection of product and take appropriate corrective actions when quality issues areidentified

• Ensure productmeets established specifications and escalate quality concerns through the properchannels

• Support consistent product quality by following Entegris quality standards, ISO requirements, and other applicablestandards

• Package product according to defined packaging specifications and follow all routing steps asdocumented

• Performassigned production operations in accordance with work orders, manufacturing instructions, and standard workpractices

• Complete all required documentation accurately and on time, includingFirst Piece sheets, verification sheets, rework logs, andlabels

• Enter accurate and complete data into all required manufacturing systems, including SAP, CamLine, EDART, and MES, ensuring production records, material movements, and process information are correctlycaptured

• Contribute to continuous improvement by supporting waste reduction, process consistency, and product qualityinitiatives

• Complete miscellaneoustasks asassigned in support of the larger organization and productiongoals

• Maintain a clean,organizedand safe work area in accordance with the 5Sprincipals

• Always weartherequired Personal Protective Equipment(PPE) andperform duties in a safe mannerthat aligns with all safety policies and procedures.

• Communicate potential hazards, safety concerns, near misses, or incidents immediately to asupervisor

WHAT WE SEEK:

• High School Diploma or equivalentrequired

• 0-1+yearof experience in a manufacturing environment

• Basic computer skills (email, data entry, inventory systems)

• Basicskills with Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Excel,etc.) ideal

• Strongattention to detail, with the ability to detect deviations in productquality

• Ability to use measuring devices, hand tools andfixtures

• Works well independently and with group on collaborative projects; able to take direction andinstruction

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic teamenvironment

• Comfortable operating heavy equipmentsuch as a forklift

• Flexibility to work any shift needed to support business demand.

• Compensation: $19-$22 hourly range with actual pay dependent on candidate overall skills for the role

• Shift Differential: $1.50 HR

• Annual Bonus Eligible
