The Maintenance Worker, as part of the Maintenance Team, will work with the organization to achieve successful inclusion of each resident of apartments owned and operated by HumanKind Ministries. As part of the Maintenance Team, the Maintenance Worker will perform all maintenance activities for assigned property / properties under the direction of the Chief Operating Officer (COO) or his / her designee.
