We are seeking a Guest Relations Specialist to be the face of our medspa, providing exceptional service and seamless client experiences and supporting overall business success.
Role Overview
As a Guest Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for
creating a welcoming environment, managing client interactions with professionalism, and supporting spa operations. You will oversee call management, client check-ins and check-outs, scheduling, boutique presentation, and revenue generation efforts. Your role is crucial in ensuring that every guest enjoys a personalized and memorable experience, leading to strong client retention and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client service by providing a warm welcome, expert knowledge, and a professional demeanor
- Manage client scheduling, lead management, and appointment coordination with efficiency
- Process point-of-sale transactions accurately and efficiently
- Promote Creations Med Aesthetics & Wellness Spa services, gift cards, memberships, and retail products
- Assist in maintaining an elegant and well-organized spa boutique, ensuring merchandise is attractively displayed and stocked
- Provide gracious tours of the spa to educate clients on our offerings and drive reservations
- Maintain a polished and professional image, upholding IVIVAs brand standards
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations and an outstanding client experience
- Participate in marketing initiatives, special events, and promotional activities
- Seek client reviews, social media engagement, and referrals to help grow the medspas reach
- Resolve any guest concerns with professionalism and a solutions-driven approach
- Attend ongoing training, team meetings, and educational sessions to stay informed on industry trends and services
