This position is with a progressive, financially stable Hospital System.

Salary and Benefits

• Hourly Rate - $32.62 - $48.93
• $3 shift diff
• Shift: M-F w/rotating weekends; 5 x 8 schedule

Responsibilities

• Evaluating, planning, directing, and administering occupational therapy modalities of treatment as prescribed by a licensed physician in the inpatient and/or outpatient setting.
• Provide direct care to patients throughout their lifespan
• You will coordinate, delegate, and supervise responsibilities assigned to supportive staff.
• You will communicate and assist in resolving problems.
• Contribute to performance improvement and program growth.
• You will participate in all infection control, departmental equipment training, organizational safety, and fire safety programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy
• 1-2 Years of Hand therapist Experience Preferred.
• License to Practice Occupational Therapy in Florida.
• BLS Certification.
