What You Can Expect
As a Senior Manager,you’llpartner with our clients toidentifyand manage risk.You'lldevelop strategies to solve complex business problems using new ways of thinking, and devise solutions to support your clients' needs through using the latest tools and methods. You’lldevelop lasting relationships with client personnel and further these relationships through quality product delivery. You’llfoster a network within the business community and serve as an ambassador of Protiviti in the market.You will also be a mentor and provide performance development to teams as you oversee the successful completion of project work plans.

Develop standardvertical based demos and solutions
Design presentations tofacilitateinterest in the SAP S/4HANA solution
Provide guidance andexpertiseon SAP S/4HANA functionality within the Finance and Supply Chain modules
Leadclient presentations and client information gathering sessions
Licensing
Work with the SAP alliance team toestablishstandards in licensing
Conduct regular meetings with SAP to discuss opportunities
Experience leading complex SAP projects working with cross-functional teams of Business, IT, and Compliance teams
Leadership and direct supervisory experience of teamsincludingconducting performance appraisals,mentoringand coaching, oversight and review of work, coordination across teams, and understanding how to motivate.
Your Educational and Professional Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g.,MIS, CIS, orrelated field).
7+ years workingin professional servicesor industry.
Proficiencyin Microsoft Office suite applications with specific emphasis on Word,Exceland PowerPoint. Secondary emphasis on Visio and Access.
CertificationsrelatedSAPS/4HANA Sell Authorization (e.g., Sales Executive, Customer Engagement Executive, Presales Consultant) or LOB Solution Consultantorsimilar strongly preferred.

The ratio of remote to in-person requirementsvaryby client, project, team, and other business factors. Our people work bothin-personin local Protiviti offices and on client sites, which can include local or out-of-state travel based on our projects and client requests and commitments.

Starting salary is based on a full-time equivalent schedule. Placement in the range is dependent upon experience, skills and geographic work location. Below is the salary range for this job.
$137,000.00 - $219,000.00Our annual bonus plan provides eligible employees additional cash and/or discretionary stock compensation opportunities. Below is the bonus target opportunity for this job.
14%The total cash range is estimated from the sum of the base salary range plus the bonus target opportunity. Below is the estimated total cash range for this job.
$156,180.00 - $249,660.00Employees are eligible for medical, dental, and vision coverages, FSA and HSA healthcare accounts, life and accident insurance, adoption and fertility assistance, paid parental leave up to 10 weeks, and short/long term disability. We offer eligible employees a company 401(k) savings and investment plan with an employer match of 50% on the first 6% of your contributions. We provide Choice Time Off (CTO) for vacation, personal needs, and sick time. The amount of (CTO) varies based on years of service. New hires receive up to 20 days of CTO per calendar year. Protiviti also recognizes up to 11 paid holidays each calendar year.
