Location : Cokato, MN

Monday – Friday

$28–$34 / hr Depending on Experience

An energetic and fast-growing automotive repair shop is on the hunt for a rockstar Service Advisor to join the crew at their Cokato location. This team knows their stuff when it comes to cars—but they also know how to keep things light, fun, and full of positive vibes. What This Role Looks Like

The Service Advisor is the friendly voice (and face) customers trust from the moment they walk in. Acting as the bridge between the customer and the technician team, this person is all about clear communication, dependable service, and keeping everything running like a well-oiled machine. From answering phones and scheduling appointments to updating customers on repair progress, this role is equal parts organization, communication, and genuine care.

What They're Looking For

Experience : 2+ years in auto service writing is a must—this isn't an entry-level gig.

Communication Skills : Clear, honest, and friendly is the name of the game.

Customer-Centric Attitude : A knack for making people feel heard and taken care of.

Reliability : Show up, suit up, and be ready to tackle whatever rolls in.

Versatility : One minute it's a Honda, the next it's a Porsche—flexibility is key.

Work Schedule

Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM

Weekends? Totally yours. This shop is closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
