Product and Client Analytics Manager

A company is looking for a Manager of Product and Client Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

Work cross-functionally with Product and Engineering teams to define requirements and manage reporting roadmap

Partner with Product and Engagement teams to identify trends and enhance user interaction touchpoints

Champion the standardization of reporting capabilities and address data and analytics gaps

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

7+ years' experience in an analyst function

2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Consulting, or similar client-facing roles

Bachelor's degree preferred

Strong understanding of SaaS business metrics

Experience in partnering with internal teams across an organization
