Required : BLS

Required Work Setting Experience : General OR, Teaching Hospital, Trauma.

Required Ear, Nose, Throat (ENT)

Skills / Experience : Direct Laryngoscopy, Radial neck dissection, Tonsillectomy / adenoidectomy, Tracheostomy.

Required Endoscopic Procedure Skills / Experience : Colonoscopy, EGD, Peg tube placement / exchange.

Required General Surgery Skills / Experience : Appendectomy, Cholecystectomy, Colon resection - Open / LAP, Hernia repair inguinal / umbilical, Laparoscopic assisted procedures, Mastectomy, Thyroidectomy partial / total.

Required Gynecology Case Skills / Experience : Abdominal hysterectomy, Anterior / Posterior repair, Bilateral tubal ligation, Dilation & Curettage, Laparoscopic assisted gynecological procedures, Vaginal Hysterectomy. Required Neurosurgery Case Skills / Experience : Craniotomy, Laminectomy / discectomy, Lumbar fusion.

Required Oral Case Skills / Experience : Repair of fractured jaws, mandibular and zygomatic.

Required Orthopedic Case Skills / Experience : Arthroscopy, Arthrotomy, Carpal tunnel release, Closed / Open reduction of fractures, Laminectomy / discectomy.

Required Plastic Surgery Case Skills / Experience : Free Flap - Microvascular. Required Trauma Case Skills / Experience : Amputations, Gunshot / stab wounds, MVA (multiple injuries). Required Urology Skills / Experience : Cystoscopy,

Laparoscopic assisted cases, Nephrectomy, Ureteroscopy.

Required Equipment / Instrumentation / Supplies Skills / Experience : Drills (multiple types), Electrosurgical units, Fiber optic light sources / cords. Required Professional Knowledge and Skills : Aseptic Technique, Isolation Precautions, Radiation Safety, Sharps Safety, Specimen Handling / Labeling, Universal Protocol (Time out) Procedure
