Quality Engineer
12+ month contract
Job Description
This role is also responsible for achieving product quality goals and metrics for fault frequency and warranty costs.
Responsibilities
- Chairperson for the Field Quality Meeting (FQM) for assigned markets
- Leadership of Quality Action Group (QAG) as appointed
- Search, detect and quantify actively & preventively customer quality issues at an early stage via enhanced analytics
- Actively search for rapid containment actions & recommend appropriate quality solving tool for an identified field issue
- Decide, among all the issues experienced by the customer, what are the emerging issues that must be pre-investigated
