Job Description :

Responsible for establishing, planning, developing, and setting the direction for the AHS Alternate Site / Affiliate Program related to our GPO membership. This position creates the vision and policy, markets / sells the program to customers and suppliers, participates in Premier sponsored improvement projects, and designs a program that meets the needs of all the stakeholders. Additionally, this role analyzes data to identify savings opportunities or contract penetration prospects for customers. In addition, this position communicates program information, makes sales calls or visits to ensure customer needs are met. Increases sales through the GPO.

Manages supplier relationships to support customers, grow business, resolve issues, and promote program benefits to members.

Maintains customer information based on sales calls, business reviews, program sales penetration, and other pertinent data.

Administers activities related to the accuracy and performance of the GPO program.

Participates in Premier sponsored improvement projects to enhance program effectiveness.

Establishes vision and policy for the operations of the affiliate program.

Education :

• Bachelor's [Required]

Work Experience :

5+ in a leadership position managing staff [Required]

5+ in a marketing or sales position [Preferred]

Previous healthcare experience in the non-acute care and acute care markets [Preferred]

Pay Range :

$96,266.14 - $179,045.63
