The Contract Manufacturing Quoting Specialist is responsible for managing and executing the quoting process for new contract manufacturing opportunities. This role serves as a key liaison between clients, sales, engineering, and production teams to ensure accurate, timely, and competitive quotes are delivered to potential customers.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, as well as a keenattention to detail and a customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and analyze contract manufacturing, co-pack or kitting requests for quotes (RFQs) from prospective and existing clients.
• Gather and interpret all necessary technical documentation, drawings, and specificationsrequiredfor quoting.
• Collaborate with internal teams-such asPAG, procurement, production, and quality assurance-to collect cost estimates for materials, labor, tooling, and overhead.
• Maintain detailed records of all quoting activities, including cost breakdowns, assumptions, and correspondence.

The targeted compensation for this position is between $ 70K-85K base plus targeted bonus, depending on skills and experience of the selected candidate.
