Production IPT Lead
You will be the Production IPT Lead, responsible for driving the production of components and assemblies in Troy. Our team is focused on delivering high-quality products efficiently and effectively, and we're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Production IPT Lead to join our team. As the Production IPT Lead, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise, project ownership, and support to site manufacturing teams to ensure the efficient and effective production of high-quality products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and optimize production workflows, and will be responsible for ensuring that Troy meets cost, schedule, and quality targets.
Your responsibilities will include :

- Providing coaching and guidance to empower team members to take ownership of specific aspects of the recovery plan
- Understanding the multisite critical path to ensure efficient allocation of resources and resolve any schedule delays
- Developing, preparing, and presenting business case analyses and justifications for funding

This position is located in Orlando, FL. Discover Orlando MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.
Basic Qualifications :
Minimum 5 years demonstrated experienceManufacturing or Process Engineers or direct Factory Floor Supervision.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issuesStrong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teamsExperience with successful return to green planning and executionMust have the ability to obtain a Security Clearance, therefore must be a US CitizenDesired Skills :
Experience leading Integrated Product Teams to meet Safety, Cost, Quality and Schedule commitments.BS / MS in a technical field (i.e. Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Electrical, etc. Engineering)Experience with SAP & AprisoCertification in a lean or Six Sigma methodology, such as Black Belt or Green Belt with demonstrated experience in Design of Experiments and Statistical Process ControlKnowledge of quality management systems, such as ISO 9001 or AS9100Formal Root Cause and Correct Action training and demonstrated experience.Experience working in a regulated industry, such as aerospace or defenseDemonstrated experience in managing capital projectsSecurity Clearance Statement : This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
