Cornerstone Implementation Consultant

A company is looking for a Cornerstone on Demand Implementation Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

Lead discovery sessions to gather client requirements and document business objectives for LMS implementation

Define system configurations and build prototypes for the Cornerstone LMS based on client needs

Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate system functionality and support technical projects

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience implementing Cornerstone On Demand (CSOD) LMS

Active certifications in the CSOD Galaxy Learn platform

Proven track record of successful implementation projects with client references

Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting technical issues

Experience with system integrations and reporting functionalities
