[job_card.job_description]Provide direct nursing care to residents. Supervise and coordinate the activities of Nursing Assistants to ensure a high quality of care is maintained. Manage the admission, transfer, and discharge processes of residents. Keep physicians and other healthcare professionals informed of any changes in resident conditions. Respond promptly to emergencies. Perform additional duties as assigned. Comply with all policies, procedures, and updates. Ability to demonstrate compassion and empathy when working with residents.

Position Summary
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering direct nursing care to residents and providing overall health-related consultation within the community.

Education : Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
Licenses / Certifications : Active RN Nurse license valid in the state of employment
Experience : Minimum of 1 year of Nursing experience
