Join a mission-driven nephrology team reimagining kidney care through value-based medicine and coordinated support across Utah s Wasatch Front and beyond. We are recruiting a board-certified Nephrologist to serve patients at integrated clinics in Provo, American Fork, Salem, Richfield, Roosevelt, and Vernal.

Our program offers full-spectrum kidney care CKD management, dialysis (HD / PD), anemia / bone management, hypertension, transplant co-management in a physician-led organization focused on better outcomes, lower costs, and enhanced patient experience.

    The Role

  • Deliver outpatient / inpatient nephrology care : CKD management, AKI consults, hypertension / electrolytes, anemia / bone disorders, dialysis oversight, transplant co-management.
  • Contribute to value-based initiatives for quality and efficiency.
  • Shared call with sustainable scheduling.
  • Primary practice in Provo / American Fork / Salem; optional outreach to other sites.

    • Qualifications

  • MD / DO; Board Certified in Nephrology (ABIM).
  • Active / eligible Utah medical license.
  • Commitment to patient-centered, value-based care.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and judgment.
