Operations Business Analyst

Labatt Food Service is looking for an Operations Business Analyst for our San Antonio DC.

This position will work with various levels of the organization to ensure that all operation procedures are running smoothly and efficiently in order to maximize productivity and profitability. The Operations Analyst must apply sound analytical and business-sense to provide meaningful reports and make recommendations for improvement in all warehouse processes. The Operations Analyst will be challenged to identify and report operating trends in a clear, concise manner. The responsibilities of this position will include but are not limited to the following:

§ Recognizing logistic and strategic opportunities for process improvement

§ Performing extensive analysis to determine operational inefficiencies and solutions

§ Designing business systems (software and processes) to be approved by upper management and carried into further development by our IT department

§ Writing and implementing processes, standards, templates, SOP’s and training documents

The qualified candidate must have excellent analytical, problem solving, project management, data mining, and communication skills and must be able to work well in high-pressure situations with strict deadlines. Bachelor’s Degree required, degree in Industrial Distribution or Industrial Engineering strongly preferred.
