As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a financial institution location, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents and provide outstanding customer service. This driving post requires a valid driver's license in the state of employment. You will embody our values of teamwork, reliability, and integrity while supporting a welcoming and secure environment for everyone on site.

What You'll Do :

  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, adhering to site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, supporting the needs of staff and visitors within the location.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
  • Monitor entrances, exits, and other sensitive areas within the financial institution to help to deter unauthorized access and support overall security-related operations.
  • Document and report any security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual occurrences according to Allied Universal protocols.
  • Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and employees to provide assistance and relay important information as needed.
  • Collaborate with local law enforcement and / or emergency services when required, following established protocols.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
