Adolescent Therapist (Psychologist, LCSW, LPC, or MFT)

Front Range Treatment Center, Ltd. is looking for someone to join therapy team! We're looking for a fully licensed or pre-licensed provider.

Basic Requirements :

  • Education : A master's or doctoral degree from an accredited program.
  • Experience : Experience providing therapy with Adolescents / Teens.

Licensure : A license to practice in Colorado as one of the following :

  • Psychologist or Psychologist Candidate.
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Social Worker, or Clinical Social Worker Candidate.
  • Marriage and Family Therapist or Marriage and Family Therapist Candidate.
  • Licensed Professional Counselor or Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate.

    • Hours :

  • This is a full-time position.
  • Evening availability
  • The schedule is flexible.
  • This is an in-person position (with the option for some online appointments).
  • We are not hiring remote-only providers at this time.

    • The ideal candidate will :

  • Be passionate about evidence-based treatment.
  • Have a behavioral or cognitive-behavioral orientation.
  • Have experience working with adolescents (and their parents).
  • Be comfortable with high-risk, self-harming, and / or suicidal clients.
  • Have a strong work ethic, be responsive, value feedback and team collaboration, and be self-motivated.

    • Duties :

  • Individual therapy primarily with adolescent clients (aged 12-18)
  • Communicating with client parents.
  • Co-leading teen skills groups.
  • Writing timely, well-written, and organized chart notes.
  • Attending weekly supervision, training, and consultation meetings.
  • Receiving ongoing training and education in evidence-based therapies.

    • Compensation is negotiable and depends on experience.
