Your Impact : We are a leading SaaS company in Food Tech processing millions of transactions daily, and we are seeking expressions of interest from Analytics Engineers for future roles with us . You'll be at the forefront of leveraging data for decision-making and business optimisation, building scalable infrastructure, and delivering impactful analytics solutions. This is a full-time, hybrid role with a flexible work schedule, offering 3 days in our Ghent (Belgium) or Madrid office and 2 days from the comfort of your home .

What you will do :

• Design, develop, and maintain data models using tools like DBT to transform raw data into structured, analytics-ready datasets, ensuring accuracy and optimal performance for downstream consumption
• Build and manage insightful and reliable dashboards to facilitate self-service analytics for Product, Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams, enabling data-driven decision-making across the organisation
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Sales, Operations) to deeply understand their business needs, providing actionable insights and deep-dive analysis to drive business optimisation and support strategic projects.
• Collaborate closely with Data Engineers to define data pipelines, establish ingestion strategies, and implement robust data governance policies.
• Ensure data quality, reliability, and consistency through rigorous testing, monitoring, and validation processes, proactively identifying and resolving data discrepancies.
• Propose and implement continuous improvements to the data stack, enhance best practices, and maintain clear, up-to-date documentation.
