Your role :

• Lead the strategic planning and execution of complex, multi-region professional and adoption service programs that deliver superior outcomes and align with corporate goals.
• Oversee approval and governance of high-impact global projects, ensuring all financial, operational, and strategic requirements are met to maximize business value.
• Define and implement the long-term vision for the services portfolio, driving innovation, scalability, and competitive differentiation through modernized delivery models.
• Partner cross-functionally with business units, marketing, and sales to design integrated go-to-market strategies that enhance customer experience and market share.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing global team, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and innovation.

The pay range for this position in AZ, AR, ID, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MS, MO, NE, NM, OK, SC, SD, TN, UT, or WV is $137,513 to $220,020. The pay range for this position in AL, CO, FL, GA, HI, IL, IN, MI, MN, NV, NH, NC, ND, OH, OR, PA, TX, VT, VA, WI, or WY is $144,750 to $231,600. The pay range for this position in AK, DE, MD, NY, RI, or WA is $151,988 to $243,180. The pay range for this position in CA, CT, DC, MA, or NJ is $162,120 to $259,392. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge / skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
