Sr. UX Designer

Job Description

A prominent financial services and insurance organization seeks a UX Designer to support several design workstreams within their digital group. This role focuses on delivering high‑quality interaction and usability design while collaborating with design systems, foundation review teams, and cross‑functional partners. Responsibilities include :

• A strong understanding of usability, end‑to‑end flows, and user instincts to craft thoughtful design processes
• Ability to work within predefined design systems and adapt existing components appropriately.
• Leverage existing design libraries, brand components, color palettes, and system patterns.
• Conduct usability testing and translate findings into actionable design improvements.
