• Your Role As a Remote Client Representative , you’ll meet with clients through virtual Zoom consultations , guiding them through their benefit options and answering questions with clarity and care.
• From the comfort of your home, you’ll help families understand and protect what matters most— no cold calling, no in-person meetings, and no high-pressure sales tactics.
• This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy meaningful conversations, value service over sales, and want a career aligned with a strong mission and long-term stability.

Preferred Qualifications We’re looking for individuals who demonstrate:

• Excellent communication and active listening skills Basic computer literacy and comfort in a virtual environment A strong work ethic and self-motivated mindset An outgoing, professional, and friendly personality Effective time management and organizational skills Prior leadership or management experience (a plus, not required) No prior insurance experience is required.
