A company is looking for an M&A Associate.

Key Responsibilities

Identify software businesses that meet acquisition criteria and metrics

Conduct prospecting campaigns and nurture relationships with potential acquisition targets

Lead preliminary evaluations of potential acquisitions and manage a robust deal pipeline

Required Qualifications

2-3 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Corporate Development

Previous experience with Software M&A

Undergraduate degree in business is preferred

Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals and financial modeling

Proactive and self-directed individual with strong analytical skills
