At The Carpet Garage in West Fargo , ND is currently looking for a Full-Time Flooring and Sales Specialist . We are looking for team members who take pride in their work and enjoy sharing their knowledge with customers. A typical day involves assisting customers as they look for their dream flooring and helping them find which options would be best for their projects! Sales experience is preferred, although not required. If you are willing to learn, our team will provide you with the tools necessary for success. Pre-Employment background check required.

We work to be as flexible as possible with scheduling, but there are some weekends and peak sales holidays we ask our employees be ready to work!

What We Offer :

We offer commission-based compensation and a draw. Full-time employees ready and eager to sell can reap the benefits of these commissions offered, earning an estimated wage range between $20 - $35 per hour!
