Required : Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Manufacturing, Mechanical preferred), Computer Science, or a related field.Alternative : A 2-year degree with 4+ years of relevant experience will be considered.Experience Level : 0-2 years of experience; relevant internships will be counted.Disqualifier : Candidates with a Master's degree or higher are explicitly not being considered for this entry-level role.Technical Skills (Required)

You will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of HMI systems. Your typical tasks will include :
Design & Development : Designing, writing, converting, and implementing software for generator control switchgear HMI applications.Hardware Configuration : Configuring, programming, and testing HMI hardware.Collaboration & Validation : Working with Power System Engineers to test and validate HMI programming.Support : Troubleshooting and providing remote support for HMI issues in the field and during installation.Project Execution : Assisting in following an electrical design schedule to meet overall project deadlines.Team & Work Environment
Team Structure : You will report to an HMI Manager and join a team of 4 other engineers (2 Senior, 2 Engineers).Daily Interaction : You will work closely with the HMI team and collaborate extensively with the Power System Engineering team for testing and validation.Work Setting : The role involves a mix of office work, lab testing, and time on the manufacturing floor.Why This Role?
